MEMBERSHIP FEES 2009/10
Club Membership runs from 1st August until 31st July prices are:

All membership fees and weekly subs can be paid by standing order. Please note back-dated cheques will NOT be accepted.
Payment by Standing Order
You can:
Contact your bank direct and provide a note to your Team Manager confirming that you have updated your standing order for the 2009/10 season. Team Managers to pass the confirmation notes to Mel Collins the Membership Secretary
OR
Complete the standing order form and send to Mel Collins via your Team Manager.
When completing the forms please make sure you insert the correct monthly amount. Example for a family membership with one child in the minis .Monthly amount is £57+£32 divided by 12 =£7.42. Please complete the name, address and post code of your bank as shown on your bank statements.
