U15 Girls Team Coach and Manager
Qualified at RFU Level 1 or above and fully CRB checked, you will be responsible for the recruitment and development of a Medway RFC girls squad at ages U12, U13, U14 and U15, coaching and mentoring the side, and visiting local schools to spread the word.
Medway have some girls very interested in playing and developing their skills at these ages, and you will provide the enthusiasm and drive to bring them together and meld them into a squad.
