After a great recruitment day on Saturday at Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre (great to meet you all) we are on the countdown to this years Girls rugby open day at Medway Rugby Club!

Medway Rugby FC have one of the largest girls section in country and are holding an Open Day for girls on 19th May. The session is aimed at girls who have never experienced rugby before or to those who are thinking of returning to the sport. No experience is necessary.

As coaches we are always looking to welcome new girls to the sport. Rugby is a great sport, which encourages teamwork, respect, confidence and self-esteem in girls of all ages.

MRFC have a record of developing great players and we currently have girls who are on the England Player Pathway and potential Red Roses players.
So come along and see what girls rugby is all about and have some fun in the meantime. We'd love to welcome you to our club.

In addition to the open day we will be delivering a 4 week programme for girls new to rugby. This will be on Sundays at 12pm until 2pm between the 9th of June to the 30th of June), this will be with fully qualified coaches who are DBS checked.
