It’s OFFICIAL, Medway RFC have the largest number of girls players in the country! 7 Years ago Medway RFC had 13 girls youth players, 3 coaches and a women’s 1XV. In 2024 Medway RFC have 25 coaches/managers, 4 girls teams and 2 women’s senior teams. In the last 5 years, Medway RFC have produced 5 England U18 and U20 players, an England RFU South East CoE Captain, multiple CoE players, multiple Kent County Captains (women and girls) and over 50 county players. It was confirmed in April 2024 that Medway RFC have the largest number of girls players …..in the COUNTRY !!!!!! Over 150 girls players, and in total over 185 female players across the club. #lovedandfeared
